Write “The Right” College Essay
In today’s competitive world, a college degree isn’t enough. Whether the student wants to go into arts or engineering, fashion design or financial dealings, the school matters. Employers know that not all degrees are equal, and they usually pay accordingly. Have you, as a parent, done your part to help your son or daughter increase the odds of getting accepted to his or her top-choice university or getting a scholarship?
College admissions committees examine grade point averages, test scores, and outside activities, including community service. Often, it’s the “deal-breaker.” Are you certain that this important part of the college application process is the best your son or daughter can offer?
